Koto

Koto is an RIBA Chartered architecture studio based in Bideford, United Kingdom, designing and delivering bespoke cabin collections, wellness retreats, hospitality venues, and private residences across more than 21 countries. The studio's product offerings include architect-designed scalable hotel cabin systems, the Hytti modular home available in two- and three-bedroom configurations, spa and sauna elements, and comprehensive interiors services. Construction favours sustainable timber and natural finishes, with each project tailored to its specific landscape — from coastal to desert settings — to ensure buildings feel entirely of their place. Koto integrates architecture, interiors, and furniture design for fully cohesive environments and offers both custom project routes and ready-to-order solutions. The studio recently launched Koto Haku, a mobile off-grid hotel suite, reflecting its continued commitment to performance-led, low-impact living.
